Users are responsible for the agent names, listings, links, claims, and contact information they submit. Users may not impersonate others, infringe rights, publish malicious content, or register names for unlawful cybersquatting.

Listings are user-submitted registry records. We do not endorse, verify, sponsor, or guarantee any listed agent, owner, company, trademark claim, offer, or transaction unless explicitly stated in writing.

Trademark owners may request review of alleged infringement, impersonation, malicious use, or cybersquatting. We may restrict, hide, transfer, or remove listings while reviewing complaints.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for user-submitted listings, cybersquatting, trademark misuse, impersonation, third-party links, agent conduct, lost profits, indirect damages, or disputes between users.

These terms are operational rules for the registry and do not guarantee that every dispute, trademark claim, or malicious listing will be detected before publication.
