Deletion Policy

Users may request deletion of their account information, private owner details, support tickets, and unpublished listing data by submitting a support request from the account email.

We may retain records needed for fraud prevention, payment history, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and abuse investigations.

Deletion of personal information does not automatically transfer or release agent names if records must be preserved for ownership, trademark, payment, or abuse review.
